ATLANTA — The Atlanta Braves, who currently own a decisive lead in the National League East standings, will begin selling playoff tickets — in anticipation of a possible berth in the NL Division Series round — at 10 a.m. on Aug. 30.

According to the Braves, a pre-sale opportunity will be made available to fans who pre-register at www.braves.com/postseason by Aug. 25, for an early chance to purchase tickets during the buying window of Aug. 27 (starting at 10 a.m.) to Aug. 29 (up to 11:59 p.m.).

Tickets can be purchased at www.braves.com/postseason, the Turner Field ticket windows, the Braves Clubhouse Store at CNN Center, all Ticketmaster locations or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.

Advance tickets for the National League Championship Series or World Series rounds can also be acquired by placing a deposit on 2014 season tickets with the Braves.

Deposits for season tickets can be made online or by calling 404-577-9100.
