Braves Caravan's Town Center at Cobb appearance postponed

The Atlanta Braves have postponed this afternoon's Braves Country Caravan stop at Town Center at Cobb due to inclement weather.

The stop was expected to include team standouts Freddie Freeman, Jason Heyward and Justin Upton and to draw a large crowd, but snow and ice forced the team to postpone until further notice. No reschedule date was announced.

The Braves' annual caravan will travel more than 3,000 miles around the Southeast -- or Braves Country -- to meet with and sign autographs for fans between Jan. 21 and Feb. 1 before heading to spring training. Pitchers and catchers report Feb. 13.
