An exam and MRI revealed a left patellar tendon strain, the team said Monday.
The Cavs set the three-week figure as approximate and said he will receive treatment and continued evaluation.

Bennett, the top pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, is averaging 4.1 ppg and 2.9 rpg in 12.9 mpg this season.
