The Bengals signed their fourth-round selection from the 2014 NFL Draft, center Russell Bodine of North Carolina, Friday.

Bodine is only the third player in franchise history whose rights the Bengals have obtained by trading up in the draft. Cincinnati selected Bodine with the No. 111 selection, trading Nos. 123 and 199 to Seattle to move up 12 spots in the fourth round. Bodine has been tabbed by the coaching staff as a candidate to start at center in his rookie season.

The Bengals now have signed five of their eight draft selections. Signed previously were QB A.J. McCarron (fifth round, Alabama), LB Marquis Flowers (sixth round, Arizona), WR James Wright (seventh round, LSU) and CB Lavelle Westbrooks (seventh round, Georgia Southern).
