All three Big Ten Network analysts are picking Wisconsin to win. The scores: Tom Dienhart -- 35-13; Sean Merriman -- 27-14; Brent Yarina -- 24-10.
Whatifsports.com simulation: An average score of Wisconsin 28.3, Rutgers 23.0. The sim gives the Badgers a 65.3 percent chance of winning.
The Oklahoman's Berry Tramel: Wisconsin 42, Rutgers 10. "Wisconsin hasn't found its groove, despite six wins. Of course, lots of teams find their groove against Rutgers."
The Sports Xchange has it Wisconsin 24, Rutgers 21.
By way of the PickCenter, Teamrankings.com has an average score of Wisconsin 35.5, Rutgers 15.6 while numberFire has the average score Wisconsin 40.1, Rutgers 18.8 (and also gives the Badgers a 57.6% likelihood of covering a 20.5-point spread).

All six ESPN.com Big Ten contributors picked Wisconsin to win.
Collegefootballnews.com's Pete Fituak: Wisconsin 27, Rutgers 17. "The Badgers will have to open up the offense a bit, but it won’t be a problem. The secondary will give up a few scores and plenty of plays to Leonte Carroo and the Scarlet Knight receivers, but Wisconsin will throw at will, controlling the clock along the way."
