LAHTI, Finland (AP) Austrian Stefan Kraft's monster second jump gave him the win in Sunday's World Cup event, and moved him within seven points of overall leader Peter Prevc, of Slovenia, who was fourth.

Kraft, 21, trailed Norway's Anders Fannemel after a 127-meter effort in the first round, but soared to 133.5 meters and managed to handle the difficult landing.

Kraft amassed 284.5 points, holding off Germany's Severin Freund in second with 273.2 points. Fannemel was third with 268.0 points.
