WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) Australia has named in-form batsman Usman Khawaja in its lineup for Saturday's second one-day international against New Zealand as it attempts to snap a near-record losing streak.

Khawaja replaces Shaun Marsh in the one of two changes to the Australian team which lost the first match of the series at Eden Park on Wednesday by 159-runs. That was Australia's fifth-straight loss after defeat by India in the final match of their one-day series followed by three straight losses to India in Twenty20 matches.

Australia's chairman of selectors Rod Marsh has come under increasing pressure for his refusal to pick Khawaja this season, though the Queensland left-hander has scored 863 runs at an average of 123.3 in all forms of cricket since November.
