Arlington Martin QB switches from Purdue to Michigan

One of 5A's most productive quarterbacks is going to play for one of college football's most storied programs.
As first reported by Michigan recruiting site TheWolverine.com, Arlington Martin QB Russell Bellomy has switched has committed to play for new coach Brady Hoke at Michigan after decommitting from fellow Big Ten school Purdue.
Bellomy, a three-star prospect according to Scout.com, also had offers from Michigan State, Boise State, Minnesota, and Colorado among others. The 6'3'' signal-caller completed 58 percent of his passes this season for 1564 yards, 15 touchdowns and four interceptions and rushed 120 times for 804 yards and nine touchdowns.
This past season, he led the Warriors to a 10-3 record and a playoff berth before they were ousted by powerhouse Euless Trinity.
