NEW YORK (AP) Aqua Regia beat Equilateral by 1 1/4 lengths Thursday in the $77,000 allowance feature for 3-year-old fillies at Belmont Park.
It was her second win in seven starts for trainer Tom Albertrani. Jose Lezcano was aboard for the 1 1/16 miles in 1:45.08 on the track rated good.
Aqua Regia paid $8.80, $3.90 and $2.80. Equilateral, the 9-5 favorite, returned $3.40 and $2.50, and Wraith paid $4.40 to show.
