Anthony Rizzo wore a lot of gel and quoted Vince Lombardi in high school yearbook

Before Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo was a World Series champion, he wore a lot of hair gel at high school in Florida and had a great approach to life by quoting Vince Lombardi.

In his senior year yearbook, Rizzo quoted Lombardi's  “It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get up.” 

Here's another Lombardi quote for Rizzo:

“Winning is not a sometime thing, it is an all the time thing. You don’t do things right once in a while…you do them right all the time.”

Get ready for a Cubs dynasty.
