AL All-Star Game voting update: No change for Pujols (1B), Trout (OF)
Mike Trout and Albert Pujols remain the only Angels currently in contention for the MLB All-Star Game on July 17 in Cincinnati.
In the most updated voting results released on Monday, Trout is holding strong at second place among American League outfielders with 5,994,068 votes ... trailing only Lorenzo Cain of the Royals (6,611,781).
Pujols is still in fifth place among AL first basemen with 931,585 votes and trails Eric Hosmer (Royals), Miguel Cabrera (Tigers), Prince Fielder (Rangers) and Mark Teixeira (Yankees).
The next voting update will be unveiled on Monday, June 22.
