Adrian Peterson on possible trade to Cowboys: 'It would be nice'
Never let go, Adrian. Never let go.
Adrian Peterson was in Houston on Tuesday night to watch the Rockets beat the Dallas Mavericks in Game 5 of their first-round NBA playoff series.
Trade talks have followed the Minnesota Vikings star running back there.
In case you are not aware of the "Where is Adrian Peterson going to play next year?" back-and-forth, here's a quick rundown:
• Adrian Peterson wants out of Minnesota.
• He has mentioned he would like to go to Dallas.
• The Dallas Cowboys lose DeMarco Murray to free agency.
• Rumors intensify that the Cowboys will now bring in Peterson.
• Cowboys say they have no intent to bring in Peterson.
• Vikings GM says the team has no interest in trading Peterson.
• Adrian Peterson never loses hope.
Speaking with reporters at the Rockets' game, Peterson said, "It would be nice" to play in Dallas especially because he has roots in the area.

Later, Peterson admitted that "It's out of my hands."
