2015 Padres spring training broadcast schedule announced

SAN DIEGO -- FOX Sports San Diego (FSSD) today announced their 2015 San Diego Padres preseason television schedule. The network will produce and televise 10 live games from Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, Arizona and one from Petco Park. FSSD's 2015 preseason coverage will begin Sunday, March 8 as the Padres take on the Rockies at 1:00 PM PST.

Hall of Fame broadcaster and 2015 Ford C. Frick Award recipient Dick Enberg and former Padres starting pitcher Mark Grant will return to the broadcast booth for approximately half of FOX Sports San Diego's preseason telecasts, with the remaining games called by Padres Live Analyst and former Padres first baseman Mark Sweeney and Padres Social Hour host Jesse Agler.

The San Diego Padres announced 2015 FanFest will feature the addition of an exhibition game against the Mexico City Red Devils of the Mexican Baseball League on Saturday, April 4 at Petco Park. FOX Sports San Diego will produce a one-hour Padres Live pre-game show prior to the exhibition game's telecast.

The San Diego Padres will open their 2015 regular season on FOX Sports San Diego against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Monday, April 6 at 12:00 PM PST. The Padres home opener will be Thursday, April 9 at 2:30 PM PST vs. the San Francisco Giants.
