DEL MAR, Calif. (AP) Home Journey won the $65,000 Las Damas de Fairbanks Purse by 1 1/4 lengths on Friday at Del Mar.
Ridden by Tyler Baze, Home Journey ran five furlongs on the Jimmy Durante turf course in 57.05 seconds and paid $32.80, $11.40 and $7.60 at 15-1 odds.
Heat Trap returned $4.60 and $3.20, while Biorhythm was another length back in third and paid $3.80 to show.
Stars Above Me, the 6-5 favorite, was fifth in the field of eight.
