He also talks about this week's Pac-12 basketball tournament in Las Vegas,the controversies surrounding the NCAA and how he plans to keep Sean Miller and Rich Rodriguez in Tucson for a longtime.<br><br>Among his observations:<br><br>On the success for Arizona athletics: "I'm as excited about our future and what's ahead than I have been in my three years that I've been here now. I love our coaches that we have."<br><br>On football coach Rich Rodriguez: "There is a reason why he was very successful at West Virgina as the head coach, and if you look back at his time at Michigan, he really got the ball rolling in the right direction, and he's doing that same thing here at the U of A."<br><br>On what may change within the NCAA: "I think over time what you may see is a little bit more of a separation to where you say, 'OK, maybe the rules and policies that are in place for Division IA schools -- especially the BCS schools -- maybe that needs to look a little bit different than what we are doing at some of the other levels.'"<br><br><a href="javascript:void(window.open('/pages/archive110podcast/0'));"><i><b>View
