ANTERSELVA, Italy (AP) Norway won a second successive men's biathlon World Cup relay on Sunday, while Germany triumphed in the women's event in tough conditions.

The Norwegian team of Ole Einar Bjoerndalen, Tarjei Boe, Johannes Thingnes Boe, and Emil Hegle Svendsen clocked 1 hour, 15 minutes, 36.7 seconds over the 4x7.5-kilometer course.

The foursome used five spare rounds on a windy day, which saw hardly anyone shoot cleanly.

Germany was second with seven spare rounds, 16.4 seconds back, while France claimed third, also with five spare rounds but 42 seconds slower.
