PARK CITY, Utah (AP) Kelly Clark won the snowboard halfpipe in the U.S. Grand Prix on Sunday for her second FIS World Cup victory of the season, easily beating 18-year-old American teammate Arielle Gold.
The 31-year-old Clark, from West Dover, Vermont, had a 94.50-point run. She won the gold medal in Park City in the 2002 Olympics.
''I heard them announcing that 13 years ago was the Salt Lake Olympics. I have great memories of this place and it has a lot of big moments in my career,'' said Clark, who also took the overall U.S. Grand Prix title with this win. ''I'm kind of in awe when I step back and look at it that I'm still able to do well in this sport and love this sport.''
Clark won the overall Sprint U.S. Grand Prix tour title.
Gold, from Steamboat Springs, Colorado, had an 88.75.
''It went really well,'' Gold said. ''I was happy with the way I was riding and the way the rest of the girls were riding. So I think overall, it was a really good contest.
China's Cai Xuetong was third.
China's Zhang Yiwei won the men's event, executing a massive double cork 1,260 in a 98.00-point final run. Taylor Gold, Arielle Gold's brother, was second at 94.75.
''It's awesome to get second here,'' Taylor said. ''Yiwei totally deserved it. He did one of the biggest runs I've ever seen.''
Zhang and Taylor Gold tied for the overall Sprint U.S. Grand Prix tour title.
Australia's Kent Callister was third Sunday.
