An IOC commission has visited some mountain venues of Annecy's bid for the 2018 Winter Olympics.
The 11-member team toured the snowboard, freestyle, cross-country and Nordic skiing venues in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand on Thursday.
The International Olympic Committee evaluation commission members also planned to attend a fireworks display at the proposed medals plaza on the shores of the Annecy lake.
Annecy is competing against Munich and Pyeongchang, South Korea for the games.

The IOC will select the 2018 host city July 6 in Durban, South Africa.
