First building completed on 2012 Olympic Park site

The Olympic Delivery Authority says an electricity substation in the west of the park has been fully built and will start supplying energy to the site next month.

The Olympic Stadium is scheduled to become the first venue to receive power early next year.

ODA official Simon Wright says "completing the first building on the Olympic Park site on schedule is a major milestone."
