ALTENMARKT-ZAUCHENSEE, Austria (AP) A lack of snow and mild temperatures have forced organizers to move two women's World Cup races in Austria on Jan. 9-10 from St. Anton to Altenmarkt-Zauchensee.

The Austrian ski federation says the resort of Zauchensee in the province of Salzburg will host a sprint downhill on a shortened course in a two-run format on Saturday, Jan. 9, followed by a super-G the next day.

Zauchensee is a regular stop on the women's World Cup and last hosted races in 2014.

A regular downhill race and the super-G were initially scheduled for St. Anton but canceled last weekend as the Tyrolean resort couldn't produce sufficient snow for a World Cup course due to the relatively warm weather.
