Maple Leafs recall Carrick from minors

TORONTO (AP) With Joffrey Lupul expected to miss three week because of a broken hand, the Toronto Maple Leafs recalled center Sam Carrick on Saturday from their American Hockey League affiliate.

Lupul, who was injured Thursday in practice.

In addition to recalling Carrick, the Leafs sent Stuart Percy back to the Toronto Marlies after he was scratched as the seventh defenseman in Columbus.
