NHL legend Wayne Gretzky is looking to make some moves in the real-estate world, as his 8,711 square-foot mansion in Westlake Village, Calif., is up for sale for a mere $8.195 million. The five-bedroom, six-bath property is on the market for a reduced price, as Gretzky previously listed the home for $10.5 million in January of 2014.
So what do you get for your money? The home is in the gated Sherwood Country Club community and comes complete with a gourmet kitchen, bi-fold doors looking out onto the massive pool with a raised spa, an outdoor kitchen and gym which also have pool views, a sauna and a four-car garage.
