All lights back on at Prudential Center

Published Jan. 9, 2010 11:49 p.m. ET

All the lights are working again at the Prudential Center.

Power was restored early Saturday after a lighting problem on one side of the arena forced the suspension of the New Jersey Devils-Tampa Bay Lightning game.

Devils president and general manager Lou Lamoriello said a circuit breaker at the 3-year-old arena tripped during the second period of Friday night's game. A computerized lighting system for half of the lights then failed to reboot. The game was called after a nearly 2-hour delay with the Lightning ahead 3-0.

The NHL announced Saturday that the teams will play the final period and a half at the Prudential Center, starting at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
