No DeMarco Murray, no problem.

With both quarterback Tony Romo and top wideout Dez Bryant out with injuries, the Dallas Cowboys decided to lean on running back Joseph Randle, and in the first half of Week 3 he has responded in a massive way. Randle, trying to tighten his hold on the No. 1 running back job now that Murray is in Philadelphia, racked up 110 total yards and three touchdowns on 12 total touches before halftime.

His most impressive play of the half came on the first drive, when he broke two tackles on his way to a 37-yard touchdown run. He also added two 1-yard TDs. Check out the 37-yarder here:

After falling behind in the second half, the Cowboys went away from Randle. Weeden struggled with turnovers and missed third downs, and the Cowboys lost 39-28. Randle finished the day with 14 carries for 87 yards rushing and three touchdowns. He also added 18 yards on two receptions.
