Seneca Wallace is active for the first time since Oct. 10 and will be Cleveland rookie quarterback Colt McCoy's backup against the New York Jets.
Wallace has been sidelined with a high ankle sprain suffered in the first half last month against the Atlanta Falcons. He was filling in for starter Jake Delhomme, who remains sidelined with an ankle sprain. Both QBs returned to practice this week, but McCoy will make his fourth straight start.
Also, Browns linebacker Marcus Benard is expected to play. He fainted in the locker room on Thursday and was taken to a hospital for tests.
The Jets will be without backup defensive back Marquice Cole, who has a strained hamstring.
