Tom Brady proudly wears Steph Curry's ridiculed sneakers while watching Game 6

Steph Curry's latest Under Armour sneakers aren't a big hit on the Internet, to say the least. It feels like everyone was taking a shot at the Curry 2 Low "Chef" colorway, calling them "dad shoes."

But despite the criticism, one superstar athlete isn't ashamed to wear the ridiculed kicks. New England Patriots star Tom Brady proudly rocked Curry's signature sneakers while watching Game 6 on Thursday.

Brady might have had some ulterior motives for his interest in Curry's sneakers. He left Nike for Under Armour in 2010, taking payment in the form of Under Armour stock.

Smart move, Tom.
