Steve Smith plays receptionist for Ravens fans

Ravens season-ticket holders were in for quite the surprise when they arrived for a tour of the team's training facilities. 

When the fans entered the building, they were greeted by a man at a desk reading a newspaper, a man who revealed himself to be none other than Ravens receiver Steve Smith, in full uniform. 

It's great to see the reaction the fans have when Smith pops up out of his chair, with a helmet on no less. 

Judging by his comments, Smith was more than willing to make the fans' visit an experience they won't forget by offering a great reception off the field.
