Sean Smith calls the Chiefs the NFL's most dramatic team

Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Sean Smith thinks his team deserves some Emmy consideration after this rollercoaster season.

The category? Most Outstanding Drama -- on a football field.

"We never just win easy," Smith told Sam Mellinger of the Kansas City Star. "(We're) the most dramatic team in the NFL."

That all depends on how you define drama. The Chiefs haven't made it easy on themselves after losing five straight games. But then again, they haven't lost a contest since Oct. 18.

They had no business winning on Sunday, though, and Smith knows it. No team has ever committed so many penalties (11) and gained so few yards on offense (129) and won.

That is, until the Smith and his Chiefs came back -- just as they scripted it.
