Revis playing, Pool active for Jets vs. Patriots
Cornerback Darrelle Revis is in the lineup for the New York Jets, as expected, after being limited in practice during the week with tightness in his left hamstring.
Safety Brodney Pool is not starting for the Jets but is active after missing the opener with a sprained right ankle. He is being replaced in the starting lineup Sunday by Eric Smith against the New England Patriots.
Jason Taylor is again replacing linebacker Calvin Pace, who broke his right foot in the preseason.
Among the Patriots' inactives are cornerback Terrence Wheatley (foot), offensive lineman Nick Kaczur (back) and running back-wide receiver Danny Woodhead, the former Jet who was signed Saturday.
Wide receiver Julian Edelman (foot) is playing after being listed as questionable during the week.
