Report: Falcons guard Justin Blalock calls it a career
One of the most reliable and durable lineman in the NFL, Justin Blalock is officially calling it a career, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
With ex-#Eagles G Evan Mathis now a free agent, worth noting fellow veteran guard Justin Blalock is retiring, I’m told. Started 125 games— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) June 15, 2015
Blalock has been the definition of health throughout his NFL career. He's started a total of 125 games since 2007, never playing in fewer than 14 games. While he's only 31 years old, it seems that he's looking to retire on his own terms, something that's definitely respectable.
Best of luck to Mr. Blalock in his post-NFL career.
