Report: Bucs haven't seriously considered any offer for the No. 1 pick
According to Rand Getlin of Yahoo Sports, multiple teams have asked about what it would take to land the No. 1 pick in Thursday's NFL draft.
As we get closer and closer to the phrase "the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are on the clock," it's beginning to seem more and more likely that Tampa is fully planning to use that pick. The offers may be coming in, but as Getlin also pointed out, no proposal has even been seriously considered to this point.
Well, there you have it. "Multiple teams" are looking to land the pick (Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles, possibly?), but there's no real belief that we'll see a blockbuster trade on Thursday night.
Not yet at least.

Though the #Bucs have clearly been listening, no proposal has been strong enough for the team to seriously consider.
