REACTION TO THE SAINTS-BUCS GAME
Saints QB Drew Brees, on his offensive line's blocking:
"I was very comfortable."

Bucs coach Raheem Morris, on improving the run defense:
"You (have) to address that every week. You've got to do your very best to stop the run. That's got to be the No. 1 priority for us in whatever we do. I know that (the priority) is to go out and try to win football games, for the most part, and (Sunday) we weren't able to do that. (Sunday) they ran the ball on us well, they did a nice job, and we've got to go back and fix it and get ready to play another week."

Saints FS Malcolm Jenkins, on the double penalties for unsportsmanlike conduct:
"Nobody threw a punch at me. After I hit the quarterback, the whole sideline came over pushing and shoving, and they called another flag on me. That's how it rolls sometimes. I've never seen anybody get a penalty for 30 yards before. I don't know what happened. A couple guys grabbed me up and pushed me around, I pushed back, and they threw another flag on me. It happens."

Bucs coach Raheem Morris, on the loss:
"These types of games are the ones that you go back and you learn from. You play heavyweights, you go out there and compete, and you find out where you are. Right now it humbles you. ... With games like this, you try to (find) good, even though you know they're not (good)."
* * *
Saints RB Chris Ivory, on his opportunity to contribute to the team:
"I've been working hard at practice every day of the week, trying to get better. ... You put the work into it, something is going to come out of it. I know every game probably is not going to be the best, but I'm going to try and take a step every game."
* * *
Saints T Jon Stinchcomb, on the play of the offensive line:
"We're a very committed group. We take a lot of pride in what we do. There is only one way to answer critics, and that's to go out there and put together a good performance. We don't have a bunch of whiners and complainers on this group. You've got to go out there and perform. That's our approach."
* * *
Bucs QB Josh Freeman, on the two blowout losses (to Steelers and Saints):
"Those are just individual games. ... Offensively, we shot ourselves in the foot for most of the game. When we needed to convert on third down or pick up big plays, we just weren't able to do it. That's something that's going to come."
* * *
Bucs FS Cody Grimm, on Saints QB Drew Brees:
"Drew does a really good job of getting his team in good situations. He's really smart. He's not always throwing the ball deep, checking down and picking up 8 (yards) and putting them in second and short. They can call pretty much whatever they want in their playbooks."
* * *
Bucs LB Barrett Ruud, on the Saints' success on the ground:
"You can't allow a team like New Orleans, with a passing game like that, to run the ball all over you. You are not going to win the game doing that. They ran it all four quarters, and we have to evaluate it, and we have to address it next week, because it can't happen like that again."
