Ravens interested in Plaxico Burress

When veteran WR Plaxico Burress is released from jail, he could draw interest from several teams despite being out of the NFL for two seasons.
The Baltimore Ravens wide receivers have struggled with the inability to find open space down field. With that being the case, they might show interest in Burress when he becomes available.
āSure, yeah. I donāt know Plaxico Burress at all; Iāve never met him. But, weād consider him. Weād consider anybody. It would just depend on where heās at. Iād like to find out what kind of a person he is and see where heās really at in his life,ā Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said.
Burress is serving a two-year sentence on weapons-possession and reckless-endangerment charges stemming from a November 2008 nightclub incident in which he shot himself in the leg.
The former Giants wide receiver is eligible for release from New York's Oneida Correctional Facility on June 6.
