Ratliff returns after leaving with leg injury
Dallas nose tackle Jay Ratliff suffered an apparent left leg injury late in the first half of Sunday night's game against the Atlanta Falcons but returned in the second half.
Ratliff was attempting to put pressure on Falcons linebacker Matt Ryan when he pulled up, favoring his left leg, before falling to his knees.
The Cowboys called timeout to assist Ratliff on the field. He was able to walk off the field.
Ratliff was in uniform when he slowly walked to the Cowboys sideline as the second half started. Josh Brent started at Ratliff's spot in the second half.
Ratliff returned on a third down play on the Falcons' first possession of the second half. He was back in for another third down play later in the possession.
Falcons defensive tackle Peria Jerry left the game in the second quarter with a knee injury. The Falcons say he will not return to the game.
