Rams to start QB Case Keenum next week vs. Lions

The St. Louis Rams will start Case Keenum at quarterback next week against the Detroit Lions, head coach Jeff Fisher said on Sunday.

Keenum, who has been recovering from a concussion he sustained last month, was listed as the backup against the Arizona Cardinals. Nick Foles led an offense that struggled to score in a 27-3 loss to the Cardinals.

Foles, who completed 15 of 35 for 146 yards and an interception, has sputtered to say the least.

After starting out 4-3, the Rams have lost their last five games and are tied for last place in the NFC West.
