Rams lose DE Long, OG Saffold to injuries in loss to Packers
St. Louis Rams defensive end Chris Long and offensive guard Rodger Saffold each were injured in the first half of Sunday's 24-10 loss at the Green Bay Packers.

Long hurt his knee during a second-quarter interception by Trumaine Johnson. Safford was sidelined due to a shoulder injury.
Rams coach Jeff Fisher did not provide any updates on either player following the game. The team is hopeful to know more about their status on Monday.
St. Louis punter Johnny Hekker referred to the injuries in a Twitter posting Sunday night, offering prayers to both players. See the play on which Long was hurt in the video below.
