Rams' Jeff Fisher and Gregg Williams Get Into Heated Exchange
Los Angeles Rams head coach Jeff Fisher and defensive coordinator Gregg Williams got into a heated exchange on the sideline during Sunday’s game.
With the New Orleans Saints pouring points on the Los Angeles Rams defense in Week 12, things got a little heated between the head coach Jeff Fisher and defensive coordinator Gregg Williams on the sideline.
After the Saints had finished scoring their fifth touchdown of the game via a screen play to Mark Ingram , Jeff Fisher and Gregg Williams were spotted on the sideline arguing with each other, obviously in frustration over the defense’s lack of effort on Sunday.
Rams are giving up 6.9 yards per plays to the Saints.

The Rams’ defensive unit had allowed just 12.5 points per game over the last four games, but this result shouldn’t be that much of a surprise. The Saints offense is always great at home and there aren’t many defenses who can stop them.
Clearly the Rams aren’t one of those teams who can stop them.
Sadly a solid offensive effort and a great showing by Jared Goff will be wasted. The rookie and No. 1 overall pick tossed three touchdowns in the first half, with Tavon Austin, Kenny Britt and Lance Kendricks being the beneficiaries.
Goff slowed mightily in the second half and the Saints have since run away with the game. At least Goff made a step in the right direction today.
