Tampa Bay is coming off a crushing 40-7 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Glendale in Week 2. One could argue that it was the worst game of young franchise quarterback Jameis Winston’s NFL career. The Buccaneers need to bounce back against the Rams to avoid falling to 1-2 in the early part of the season.

Los Angeles has yet to score a touchdown in 2016, but finds itself also at 1-1 thanks to a great defensive unit coached by Gregg Williams. The Rams defeated their NFC West division rival Seattle Seahawks at home in Week 2, 9-3.

Tampa Bay clearly has the better offensive personnel over Los Angeles in this game, but will have to make do without Pro Bowl running back Doug Martin. Martin will be out the next two to three weeks with a hamstring injury. Charles Sims will be the Buccaneers’ bell-cow back in this game.

The Rams have had a relatively clean bill of health thus far, but will need to play better on offense to beat Tampa Bay on the road Sunday afternoon. Here are all the players that are going to be inactive for this game between the Rams and the Buccaneers here in Week 3:
