Packers add RB Crockett from practice squad, cut RB Harris

DETROIT (AP) The Green Bay Packers have promoted running back John Crockett from their practice squad and cut running back Alonzo Harris.

Green Bay made the moves a few hours before playing at Detroit on Thursday night.

Crockett signed with the Packers as an undrafted rookie from North Dakota State and had spent the year on their practice squad.

Harris, an undrafted rookie from Louisiana-Lafayette, had four carries for 19 yards in six games this season for Green Bay.
