Minnesota Vikings QB Bridgewater, WR Wallace bond with video games

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and a player who projects to be one of his top targets in 2015, wide receiver Mike Wallace, have already found something they both enjoy off the football field. Mater Tesfatsion of the Star-Tribune reports that Bridgewater and Wallace have played the video game NBA 2K15.

"I hit him up [Wednesday] to ask what he was doing and told him to come through to play the game," Wallace told the Star-Tribune. "He came through last week too. We’ve linked up at the crib a couple of times, about three or four times already since I’ve been here and just vibe. You can talk a little bit about football but really just getting a connection and a bond. On the field, it’s going to come naturally."

Wallace, who has also caught passes from Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger and Miami's Ryan Tannehill, describes Bridgewater as the "most easy going" quarterback he's played with in the NFL, according to the Star-Tribune.

This is only Bridgewater's second year in the league and Wallace's first with the Vikings. Their ability to form an early chemistry both on and off the field bodes well for Minnesota's passing attack in 2015.
