The Miami Dolphins will open the season just after 4:00 p.m. Est today in Seattle. Early morning rain is expected but will it continue into the afternoon?

The Dolphins and Seahawks should have clear skies throughout their game this afternoon. Temperatures are expected to be in the low to mid-60’s a comfortable change from the blazing 90’s of South Florida.
While no rain is expected at game time, both teams will get a break from the wind as well. Winds are expected to be around 6-8 mph at most outside the stadium and should not impact the kickers in the game.
The Dolphins lead the series between the two teams dating back to their first game in 1977 after Seattle was awarded a franchise expansion team. The Dolphins are 10-4.
Today’s game marks only the 6th trip for Miami to Seattle. Nine games have been played in Miami including the last two between the clubs. The last time Miami traveled to Seattle was in 2004. A loss.
