Lions RB Morris to fill in for Best and Harrison

Published Oct. 20, 2011 5:32 p.m. ET

Detroit Lions running back Maurice Morris says he's preparing for his next game just as he would any other even though he will almost certainly carry a heavier load.

Detroit is expected to be without running backs Jahvid Best and Jerome Harrison on Sunday against Atlanta.

Lions coach Jim Schwartz says he's not going to comment on Harrison's health, citing a privacy issue. Best is coming off his third concussion.

Schwartz says Best will be back as soon as he gets clearance.
