LeSean McCoy not expected to face league discipline for nightclub incident

Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy is not expected to face any league discipline for his alleged role in a nightclub fight with off-duty police officers back in February, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

The news comes a week after the Philadelphia district attorney announced that McCoy won't face any charges relating to the incident.

While McCoy was cleared of any legal charges, he still faced possible punishment for violating the league's personal conduct policy. The NFL is reportedly still investigating McCoy's role in the brawl, but with a lack of evidence to prove what actually happened, it is unlikely that McCoy will be forced to miss any time on the field in 2016.

According to Rapoport, the Bills were preparing for the worst and expected the league to dole out a suspension to McCoy.

McCoy is now expected to start for the Bills in Week 1, with Karlos Williams as Buffalo's No. 2 running back.
