Jerry Jones to Dez Bryant: Let's win five Super Bowls in a row

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones couldn't contain his excitment after finalizing a new five-year contract extension with wide receiver Dez Bryant. The colorful owner/general manager channeled his inner Lebron James when he finally got the opportunity to speak with Bryant for the first time since signing the contract.

Jones told Bryant that he's aiming to win not one, not two, not three, not four, but five Super Bowl championships in a row. To recap, Jones is looking to win a Super Bowl in every season until Bryant's contract expires. You can listen to the conversation between Jones and Bryant here:

Jones is clearly hoping to buck history. No NFL franchise has won more than three straight Super Bowl championships. Then again, no NFL franchise has ever had Dez Bryant on their team.

Bryant wouldn't speculate on future seasons, but he shares the same expectations as Jones for the upcoming 2015 season.

“I’m very excited. I can’t wait. I think this is the year. We got it,” Bryant said, per Cowboys.com.

The Cowboys enter the 2015 season with an upgraded pass rush and secondary, and they return almost every starter on the offensive side of the ball. Of course, the one starter who they have to replace was in fact the NFL's leading rusher in 2014. Either way, the Cowboys stand a much better chance to get to the big game now that Bryant is in the fold.
