Injury update: Titans sideline QB Locker; Texans RB Foster to play

The Tennessee Titans will start quarterback Charlie Whitehurst on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, FOX Sports 1 Insider Mike Garafolo reports.

Jake Locker, who has a wrist injury, remains on the inactive list for the game. Locker will miss a game for the first time this season. 

In other key injury news, Houston Texans running back Arian Foster will play after missing las week's game and seeing limited practice time with a hamstring injury this week.

The Carolina Panthers placed linebacker Thomas Davis and running back Jonathan Stewart on the inactive list for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Davis saw limited action in practice because of a hip injury. He ranks second on the Panthers with 30 tackles. Stewart has been bothered by a sore knee. DeAngelo Williams is expected to start.
