Here's a first look at Peyton Manning's Colts statue

All-time great NFL quarterback Peyton Manning will be immortalized with a statue outside of Lucas Oil Stadium, affectionately known as the "house Peyton built," after an illustrious 18-year career. And now we have an idea what that statue will look like.

Manning spent 13 seasons in Indianapolis, where he made the playoffs 11 times and took home a Lombardi trophy in 2007. The 14-time Pro Bowl had his number retired by the Colts Thursday, just 11 days after announcing his retirement from the NFL.
Manning joins a short list of former NFL greats who's teams have erected statues in their honor, including former Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis and quarterback Johnny Unitas in Baltimore, Don Shula and Dan Marino in Miami, Vince Lombardi and LeRoy Butler in Green Bay and Tim Landry in Arlington.
