Gostkowski named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for game-winner
The New England Patriots remained undefeated by knocking off the New York Giants, largely thanks to the foot of Stephen Gostkowski.
Gostkowski drilled a game-winning, 54-yard field goal with one second left on Sunday, giving the Patriots a one-point win and a 9-0 record this season.
Not only did that kick give Gostkowski the record for most field goals made in Patriots history, but it also earned him AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors for Week 10.

It's been an award-filled season for Gostkowski. This is the second time he's won the award, while he was also named AFC Special Teams Player of the Month in September.
He's the only qualified kicker remaining in the league who's made all of his field goal attempts (21-of-21) and extra point tries (34-of-34). There's little doubt remaining that he's the best kicker in the NFL right now.
