Falcons - Panthers: 5 Players For Your Fantasy Team
Week 4 is almost upon us in the NFL, and that means fantasy football is in full swing. Some fantasy owners’ teams are coming towards their make-or-break time in the leagues, some are destined to go winless, and some are still riding on their undefeated seasons. Regardless of where your team is in the standings, you may need some help to bolster your team’s points. Here are five players you can use to put up points when the Falcons play the Panthers.

5. QB Matt Ryan
Matt Ryan was able to put up a decent amount of points in a shootout against the New Orleans Saints last week, and he has the chance to do it again this week against a depleted secondary. The Panthers’ no. 1 cornerback from 2015 was let go after a deal couldn’t be reached in the offseason, and now the defensive back group is led by corner Bene Benwikere and safety Kurt Coleman. Ryan has the opportunity to take over the game with a strong receiver group and a sad secondary.

4. WR Mohamed Sanu
Sanu was leading the team in receptions and yards before being injured last week, and he has shown the ability to be a reliable option on the field. He has run hot and cold so far this year, and if he can hit the right switch this Sunday, he could rack up some strong statistics for a team that could use another receiving option behind Julio Jones.

3. TE Jacob Tamme
Tamme has been a good player this season for Atlanta, and he’s a reliable TE1 or flex option for your fantasy team. The Panthers’ defense is mainly a cover 3 system, and the Falcons’ tight ends have the opportunity to create in the short passing game against the linebacker group.

2. K Matt Bryant
While the Panthers may have a depleted secondary, their defense is still strong. This may cause the Falcons’ offense to stall, particularly in the red zone. These issues could mean a lot of field goal opportunities for Bryant, who has been strong this season.

1. TE Austin Hooper
According to the depth chart the Falcons have released for their game against the Panthers, Hooper has surpassed Levine Toilolo has the No. 2 TE in the offense. This means he could have a decent amount of opportunities waiting for him this week. He’s shown the ability to be a viable option, but he is often not given a large opportunity throughout the game. He can be a strong flex option for your team, considering the fact that Atlanta should be using many 2 tight end or 2-back sets to beat the Panthers’ strong linebacker core.
