Linebacker Mychal Kendricks, safety Earl Wolff and cornerback Bradley Fletcher are inactive for the Philadelphia Eagles' game against Washington.

Quarterback Michael Vick also is inactive, missing his fifth game because of a left hamstring injury. Nick Foles, who has thrown 10 touchdown passes in the past two games, is set to make his fifth start of the year.

Najee Goode replaces Kendricks (knee) in the starting lineup. Roc Carmichael fills in for Fletcher (pectoral), and Patrick Chung takes over for Wolff (knee).

Left tackle Jason Peters is in the starting lineup despite quadriceps and pectoral injuries.
