Diles diagnosed with heart palpitations, dizziness

Diles was unable to practice last week and was sent to the hospital. Doctors reportedly have his situation "under control" and he is expected to return to action next week against Tennessee.

Rookie Darryl Sharpton is set to replace Diles -- the Texans' second-leading tackler -- in the starting lineup.
